Farrell were engaged by Summerset New Zealand to undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry packages for the development of a village in Avonhead, Christchurch. The project is extensive with multiple packages being tendered. Works also included packages for an apartment block at the same site. Our relationship with Summerset NZ continues to grow strong as we consistently deliver on programme and budget.
