This project consited of the relocation of buildings from Christchurch to site at Lake Tekapo School. Construction and fixing of foundations to take relocatable buildings and undertake internal structural strengthening works. Demolition of existing structure and new construction of sports garage and decking works. Demolish hardstand and playground areas and undertake moderate excavations. Reinstate playground, landscaping, services and civil works.

Working in the live environment at Lake Tekapo School with students/staff was identified in the Farrell risk management protocols and minimised or eliminated where possible. The site backed onto the playground so interfaces with staff and students were part of our relationship growth with Lake Tekapo community which we have became a part of during our time on site.
