Farrell were engaged to undertake this interesting structural strengthening and refurbishment project for the Diocese of Christchurch. The parabolic shape of the roof and unique floor plan presented their own challenges. Works included foundation beam replacement, strengthening roof beams, roof tiles replacement, installation of Vierendeel trusses, asbestos removal and new roof in conjunction with install of new roof cladding, double glazing and overall upgrade of the Church.
