Farrell were engaged by Decmil NZ to undertake concrete works for the Rapid modular building’s projects via the Department of Corrections in both Christchurch and Wellington. The contract was predominantly foundations and footpaths in four separate contracts. The volumes were significant equating to 7034m3 of concrete and 14,693m2 of placement. Large commercial concrete packages are well suited to the Farrell subcontract team with the correct leadership and supervision in place to facilitate large subcontract packages such as this one.
