Being one of their first contracts working direct with the Ministry of Education, Farrell have aimed to impress and I feel that they have meet expectations on all accounts, if not, exceeded them. Their performance on the job has simplified the management of the project while providing a no-surprises environment. Andrew and the site team maintained good communication to the project team and were able to provide good feedback on design / site issues by addressing them early on. They did well to manage an often busy site which included an operational school working nearby in order to mitigate health and safety issues and sustain a good relationship with the school throughout the duration of the project.
